The visit to the facility was fine, but with the proviso that the customer admission point is at the very entrance to the branch, which reduces the sense of security of the conversations, because everyone can hear them.

Avoid this bank, especially its branch in Gliwice, ul. The New World: employees' incompetence and customer misinformation, which exposes the latter to financial loss. Zero stars.
