He opened a card in this bank. Everything went well, taking into account the fact that after living in Poland for only a month, I did not know the language in principle. The woman consultant took this quite adequately and calmly tried to explain everything to me intelligibly, repeating and prompting all kinds of examples several times, finding Russian or English words so that I could get the most out of it. Yes, and she listened to me when I picked up all sorts of words to ask or explain something. There is Internet banking, there is an application on the phone. I didn’t check the transfers to Ukraine on KREDO cards of the bank for 9 zloty, the consultant said that it might be more profitable for you if someone from your relatives opens an account in this bank and you do not overpay for the transfers. In general, the service pleased me!
