Let's start with the fact that the opening hours of this facility are a failure. Closing the bank at 16:30, where a lot of applicants end their work, school etc. at 16:00 should not take place. In the middle there are too few chairs for customers who are often forced to wait - it may be a sign to the headquarters that the unit is too small, or would use a second in the area. Service is nice. Another plus for the presence of a covered ATM. Location is the third factor awarded by my star - it's almost the very center.
