Total customer nonchalance. Applications on paper forms and the oral answer "application rejected" one lady told the other lady ..... Totally unprofessional customer service no confirmation of the Bank's decision or written information How to appeal against the decision.
Year 2020 !!!
Nothing changes at this Bank ... Always a queue! Not to mention the fact that it is a shame that in the 21st century the customer must still have to personally come to the bank in prosaic matters! Mr. Tomuś Bryndal locked up with a bank colleague in the room and busy with conversssssssssession, and customers are waiting in the corridor! I gave it one star, just because you can't give zero!
One star for parking and one for surprise no queue ... Incompetent service ... Lack of understanding simple sentences from official letters ...
The worst bank that exists, the account is still blocked, the account is repaired for a few days, the man is without money, a nightmare is only suitable for the court !!!!!!!!
It is a pity that I did not check the opinion before the visit, nothing has changed, on average it is waiting 1.5 hours even in a case that will take 5 minutes. People leave because they are not able to wait long, as for me two working ladies are far too little, it has come 3, but it still did not help because the decorations are overtly handled, not thought out. I do not recommend, I will not go to this branch by myself
