The hotel is beautifully located and the views are great. The food was excellent, variety, quality a taste was above expectations. The facilities are good with nice water attractions. The hotel in general is is good repair but unfortunately general maintenance does not seem to be carried out. Broken fixtures, decorations etc. are visible in parts of the hotel. The room had many of these deficiencies. On top of that cleaning was not great and even the amount of towels was not replaced correctly. Attached are some photos.

Overall, a very nice trip. The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms spacious, food at the buffet is overall very nice, and the pub is great. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel with attentive staff and amazing amenities. We enjoyed every single day of our stay whether at the pub, restaurant, spa or playing table tennis/pool on the sixth floor. During our stay there was a huge snowfall and it made the area look absolutely stunning like from a fairy tale. Not to mention, we had a fantastic time at the NYE party and skiing from the nearby slope Beskid. Thank you Klimczok and the staff for unforgettable holiday! :)
