Service is nice But quite slow. Only 2 or 3 counters are open for 10 clients. Now in the time of the coronavirus, you have to wait outside in line and people have to freeze. I do not recommend.

Recently, I used the bank's services when concluding a loan agreement. I was served by two very nice and very competent ladies - Mrs. Dorotka and Mrs. Jola, who introduced me into the world of credit and bank accounts in a professional and accessible way. Thanks to the competences and commitment of Ms Dorotka, the loan was granted in an express time, and the contract and its provisions were clearly and transparently explained, thanks to which I had no fear of signing it. Setting up an account, thanks to Mrs. Jola, went quickly, efficiently and without any problems. I also received some tips that will help me use the bank's products. I highly recommend the department and cooperation with Ladies 😊

I was surprised by the fast and professional service. The lady also helped me install the application and showed its functions. Overall, I rate it very positively.

The service is quite slow, when there are several clients in the queue, only two windows are open. As for the proper service, you can only indicate two ladies who know how to handle the client. A client who came 15 minutes before closing time (although he was admitted 10 minutes after closing) to pay money, was treated in advance by the manager who said that the employees bear "consequences" because perhaps only the free service of the earlier customers. I advise you to work on the competences of not only employees but your manager too :)

Great service. I had a problem with the card to the ATM and P.Jolap Łapaj quickly dealt with my problem. She told many solutions so that you do not have to come to the branch first of all an application on the phone and withdrawals and deposits without going to the bank. Regards to all dissatisfied a little imagination and technique j you don't have to queue. I recommend the service and the bank
