I heartily recommend this particular branch No. 4 of the PKO Bank in Rybnik. Due to the specificity of the industry in which I work, bank activities take a lot of time. I am always meeting here with kindness and immeasurable patience! I like being here. Sometimes, of course, I have to wait in the queue, but maybe this means that not only I like to come back here? I would like to finally brave the crew. Thank you very much :) Moreover, what is important, I have "my" bank advisor here, who informs me about all novelties in individual banking and helps to identify, for example, current investment opportunities. I have applied for a consumer loan several times, and an investment loan, and it is always possible to talk and "agree", choose the most advantageous (for me as a client!) Option. An undoubted advantage is also the local ATM, where you can deposit yourself, and make withdrawals "blik" without using a card. And the location ... at the Market Square :) The best!

I would like to emphasize the exemplary organization of the work of the PKO BP branch at ul. Chrobrego 1 during Covid 19. The facility is distinguished by exceptionally friendly and helpful customer service. The staff is characterized by high personal culture.
