On 03.01.2020 I wanted to submit a letter to the credit agreements department of the 1st Branch in Pszczyna. The lady serving me in the room showed a total lack of professionalism and the right approach to the client .. Instead of accepting the letter, she began to convince me that I could submit it to some iPKO and that the letter was badly written. I'm glad I'm not a customer of this bank

Lack of competence. The answer to my question was: "it can not be done" - later, when calling the hotline, it turned out that it was possible ... I had to spend half an hour on the phone fixing it through the infoline !!
