Not nice service. The lady at the cash register treats customers as if they disturbed her. I don't want anything to do with this bank. I understand the pandemic, but only let one person in when there are three workers inside! It is a waste of money for advertising when you have such employees.

In my opinion and from what I have reviewed among the majority of Piła banks, they have the cheapest cash loans. And costs are probably the most important thing.

Service straight from the Polish People's Republic, only one cash desk is always open. Customers in a long line are simply ignored. Today, right after the opening, everyone was asked to leave the room. Apparently due to a system crash. The bank should invest in a system and more efficient customer service instead of TV commercials.
