Competence and approach to the client of some cashiers working there is still at the level of the PRL. Yes, they are doing great with pensioners who come to the bank to check their account balance after 20 minutes and withdraw a few zlotys, but nothing more. I note that this applies not to all cashiers, but to the majority. Either way, you never know how to hit, so the bank needs to change.
