Late Gomułka ... early Gierek .... always max. 2 active positions ... always a queue .... everything lasts for hours! Opening hours as if it was a post office in the countryside ... Always a problem with parking. I recommend going a bit further to the PKO branch of the pheasants. Light years. Lots of positions, all active, friendly service.

Nice, professional service. You can always make an appointment to settle a specific case, which does not involve standing in a queue.

Huge queues, waiting after 2 hours or more. Every cash register handles both withdrawals and deposits as well as credit cards, loans etc. Large traffic jams are created. My suggestion is to make one deposit and withdrawal cash only.

In general, PKO BP would give 3.7 with good prognosis, this facility gives 4.4 for good locations, generally available parking and friendly service, for me the minus opening hours.
