Hello, I do not recommend this branch of the Bank I came to exchange a coin for banknotes worth PLN 72 You confirmed that I would pay the commission in PLN 20 only for exchanging my money, that is 30% of the transaction value. I expressed my opinion on this subject, the manager, who was sitting next to the wall, came out and said to the man who served me that he was to refuse me service !!! When I live, I have not encountered such treatment, I do not know how someone like this can be c in a managerial position of a public facility ???? I mention that during the entire operation I witnessed a loud conversation between the manager and a friend about the leave, using uncensored words despite the closed glass door. No words .

Short and to the point. Catastrophic service. The waiting time in the queue is 30-50 minutes, but this long time is not caused by a large number of people (there were 4 people in the queue), but a very good organization of work in the bank. You should hire a manager from any supermarket and the time would be shortened, because the customer counts there and NOT in your bank.

Today, massacre queues but it is still understandable but that an advanced pregnant woman waits in the queue for over an hour and no employee pays attention to it is simply a shame, an institution without culture ........
