What is happening at this bank is an understatement "tragedy" The bank did not even deign to inform on the website that they open only at 10 o'clock. There is already a crowd of people waiting before 10 o'clock. Today I was in the bank and I couldn't even go in because so many people. Waiting time is a mistake !!!!! There is nothing else for me but to close my bank account. The service does not care. If someone cares about the time of service and on their nerves (customers standing in the queue often argue "who is next") I sincerely advise against and advise against !!!

Customer service too long. Waiting in the queue is a test of your own willpower and perseverance. I think nobody from the management measures the amount of wasted times. :(
