A fantastic branch. I am a student and I have a student loan, so I have to bring my newly conquered ID every six months. In this department it is always handled efficiently and I have never had to wait too long. And I've already had different experiences in other cities that I would not call too positive. Service very polite and 100% professional. She is always ready to help and clarify all bothering issues in an understandable and kind way. I can recommend it to everyone.

Bank like Polish. prices for Polish entrepreneurs as in Western banks or worse. I advise against until further notice. I skip the matter of forcing customers to put on masks while the staff has their noses uncovered - because it is against the background of the first little thing.

After the terrible experience of the branch from May 3, it is worth emphasizing the full professionalism and professionalism of the consultant (Ms Grażyna) in the services rendered in this branch. I don't know where these negatives come from, normal waiting time it's nice that there are numbers. As for service, this is a really nice crew, I would like to make you stand a low blonde from mortgages :) really helpful woman professionalism and commitment to a very high level of work.
