Very bad service, even though I had a power of attorney from my father, I couldn't do anything. Zero exit to the customer, zero understanding. And I just wanted to submit documents on behalf of my dad. Earlier I sent documents by email but wrote that I had to personally. And the bank did not accept my documents because they have to verify the power of attorney. The power of attorney was on their print from another branch but on their print so I do not understand, if I had to submit documents for a loan, they probably would accept everything And that here he wants to protect an older person from costs, for example The bailiff is already a big problem to accept the documents and restore the repayment schedule because someone has become ill is not his fault. I definitely do not recommend this bank
