I approached the facility with a desire to take out a cash loan. Asking you at the desktop if there is only one person for customer service, she was not very pleased to say that a colleague must finish it will kindly approach. The whole process of wanting to take out a loan is not very nice, apart from the fact that even the lack of suggestions for drinking coffee, a confusing approach to the whole process, I felt neither good nor comfortable, more like an intruder, strange remarks, and no pen to sign documents! I had to find myself in my purse! At the end I heard that after the weekend, answer from you after 3 days! how would I know that it waits so long that I would not even try. For my part, I have never felt so offended in this institution for the first and last time. And of course, there is no contact as yet with credit.

since December I have been trying to get a commission refund for earlier loans, I have already sent two complaints via the bank, at least it seemed to me that there was no letter to the headquarters no one knows anything, brothel

I came to the ATM with a blocked card. The lady tried to withdraw money several times and then states that the card is blocked and cannot unlock it. Offers cashout (with a commission, of course). The commission was charged and the card was still blocked.

a bad impression has disappeared after the last visit, customer service works much better, I can confidently recommend the facility 💪🏻
