Open a bank again in Krosno. This guy is a drama. 4 are sitting and one is serving. 2 hours of waiting. in a 5m x 5m room, 12 people are waiting, the sanitary department will only send them to them.

Service is unpleasant! Just insolent! You come for help with the schedule and what you hear, "but I work in a bank and it doesn't do it" what do you do there woman ?! They send the man back and ask to call the hotline where you hear that they do it in the bank 🤦 🏼‍♀️ I advise against visiting everyone, nerves are guaranteed and the service is seated as a punishment!

I have been using a very bad bank for 3 years, constant problems, I put money on their currency card and wanted to withdraw money abroad, the bank employee assured me that she did everything 100% !!! Upon arrival abroad, it turned out that I could not withdraw money, she tied the card to the PLN account and not EURO because of this employee the deal fell through !!!

Very incompetent and unpleasant service. They do not respond to emails. They raised fees without notice. We have been waiting for access to the site for over 2 months. I run away from this bank - hopeless situation.
