For reasons unknown to anyone, I was blocked from accessing internet banking and despite calls to the helpline and two visits to the branch, nothing changes !!! This situation lasts for weeks !!! I can't log into my account and I didn't even hear the word sorry from anyone

Worst Bank in town. Queues are always open, 1/3 windows open. Clumsy service, disregarding the customer. Clutter - no number machine at all. You can feel like in a clinic 15 years ago asking who the last of you and waiting for hours.

Helpful employees, however, waiting time and arranging something in this bank (and nothing can be done remotely, either via the Internet or on the helpline) is a nightmare.

Unfortunately, very long service time, and staff somehow not very interested in acceleration. Generally a lot of paperology. A one-hour visit to the branch was required for the correction of personal data.
