Service quality is a drama. Employees slow. Two positions that are also cash registers and positions for all other service, which means that if you are unlucky, even though you are the first queue, you wait half an hour to make a cash withdrawal. And this is the only branch in the area of ​​Gomel, where you can withdraw the currency. To sum up, the Eurobank is good as long as you get it all done online, and the service in the branch is a failure. Avoid.

A complete failure, the fourth time I try to settle one case in this branch and still reject the application through formal defects (examples from recent months: the form completed with the employee had incomplete information, which the analyst at the headquarters rejected the application, and was supposed to be all well; half of the documents were sent, the other was in Zielona Góra, they give out-of-print forms for income statements, or in another situation, one part of a two-part form). Know a man better than bankers, because they will not help you. My hands are already falling and I am looking for a different solution.
