The worst branch of the worst bank. A simple matter has been going on for over half a year, requires numerous on-site visits, and then the head office informs that the formalities have still not been completed. An employee smiles informs that he has not done this before. When asked if everything is finished and there will be no more surprises and problems, the answer is "I don't know". I do not recommend a hundred times!
