Unfortunately, the company did not survive covid, closed with 4 triggers, apparently it will be open from September, but with a different tenant. The question is whether just a change on paper or a completely different entity. What about unused massage tickets? In my case, almost PLN 500 paid and rather lost :( and I'm definitely not the only one. The website ceased to exist, silence and no contact on FB.

Change the opening hours if you are closed due to covid. Not everyone lives 15 minutes away from you to check on the spot. No professionalism.

Plus for cleanliness, 4 saunas to choose from, a wonderful pool to cool down and a salt cave. Minus is service, which is basically a nightmare at the checkout, interrupting the client in the middle of a sentence, getting lost in answering two questions one by one. The tone that draws the attention of the customer should also change, because as long as I understand the fact that the whole body is to be on a towel, the second when changing position to support is not the reason for hitting the image of the majesty of the sauna.

The place has four medium-sized saunas: steam, Finnish sauna, biosauna and herbal sauna. In addition to saunas, there is an ice cave where the temperature is maintained from -1 ° C to -10 ° C, as well as a cooling pool. On the plus side, a large relaxation zone. Unfortunately, there are also cons. The place in accordance with the regulations is a non-textile zone and proper saunas are propagated here, but the rules are different. About half of people in saunas keep their feet on boards without putting a towel on. In the steam sauna, too, most people sit in a towel. The Finnish sauna also hosts sauna ceremonies, however, the quality of the ceremony is low, partly due to the lack of staff skills and the size of the saunas. Showers are paralyzed. After pressing the water flies for 15 seconds, so that if you want to wash you have to constantly press what is not too comfortable. I think that the object has potential, but if it has to be a real saunarium, then the staff must pay attention to the rules of saunaing, which are posted in front of each sauna and pay attention to keeping the body on the boards.
