I like this branch, but it has disappointed me lately. Service very limited, I understand pandemic, but the boiler rooms of customers in a long queue are even worse. Moreover, the ladies mislead customers by saying for a long time that the branch at the Market Square is permanently closed.
Staff not very competent. Despite waiting according to the ticket machine, 4 people who came for me were served earlier. After 45 minutes of waiting, I left the decision that I would never again. On Głęboka Street, the ladies are knowledgeable and competent, the service is very quick and to the point.
as always, you can't get through, the bank has monopoly procedures and treats the client like a mess ... terrible ...
After changing the bank's location to a new one in the mall, it is super gorgeous.
Everything is so arranged beautifully and most importantly the service.
What's to write is perfect, smiling ladies will be happy to help and advise in every area of banking.
And as for the personal banking customer service, hmmm, you have to find out for yourself.
Perfection is little written.
I would highly recommend
