A customer for many years ... I recommend the ING service in Cieszyn

Forever closed ATMs and the only open queue going outside the bank's branch! The situation happens almost every time I visit them. The lady in the window pays for 10 zlotys because it is not an ATM. ING has customers somewhere, since it does not give them the opportunity to pay their own funds in their facility without any additional fees. I do not recommend

WARNING! The bank does not transfer money to foreign accounts. The employees of this branch of the bank are not informed about the "Instruction of the Account Holder in the Event of Death" and therefore force the customer to open an account. The bank does not conduct any training in this direction, which is unacceptable nowadays. Conclusion: Do you want to pay us money? Cool! You want to download them "no way" we are a cashless bank that does not pay cash in the window. Employees of the ING bank branch in another town were able to deal with this matter without blinking an eyelid. If you have any objections to my opinion, please contact me. Best regards.

Closing the account took place in a few minutes, nice and competent service;) I do not recommend Ing.
