I wholeheartedly recommend the 2 PKO bank branch in Cieszyn. Such professional, helpful and friendly staff means that I remain faithful to PKO (although the costs for keeping the account are not the lowest). The entire team, headed by the manager, fully deserves great recognition.

Being in the 2nd Branch in Cieszyn, I was served nicely and competently. In particular, I noticed that the Director approaches the customers and helps with service if there are more people. He does it cordially, which is not always seen in other institutions.
