I do not understand the comments below. Every month I pay bills at Branch 2 in Latvia and I have never encountered the lack of courtesy of cashiers. Staff very helpful, always help as needed. Recently, when I dealt with the matter of the Lord, he explained everything calmly.

Bottom. I lost a thousand zlotys due to the failure of the cash deposit machine. The staff treated me like a thief. I asked to speak to the director of the facility, who had already broke all boundaries with arrogance. It was only when I wanted to add a monitoring record to my complaint that the conversation suddenly turned 180 degrees and ended with my money back. People, stay away from this facility.
