Incompetent, unpleasant service, employees shout to each other. The emaciated boy treats the client with superiority and contempt. I will never go there again. You can see that this institution is non-reformable, it is not afraid of competition, because the state, that is all of us, will pay extra to them anyway. Post-communist relic!

Unfortunately, the opinions of the predecessors are true ..., I have this example: one of the ladies who works there for a long time deceived me! Looking into my eyes, she confirmed that I would not pay anything for a transfer to a foreign account of the money that I had just deposited into my own account. I asked explicitly twice so she couldn't help but understand. I did not even suspect that he might lie to me, in the end I go there more than once ... but when I saw the fee for this transfer later at home, I was overcome with anger that I did not check it right away in the branch ... Another example: some time ago I also tried to negotiate the terms of a loan there, not a small one. Due to the fact that I have an account with them, I counted on some negotiations for many years. What do you think - what was the reaction? Yes, that's right - WALL! Zero, nothing, no flexibility whatsoever, no fake at all. You have a man offer, so many percent and goodbye ... You don't like it? It's hard, we can't do anything ... ehhhh In general, I only go there because of compulsion and I also think that this bank is still standing only because it is paid from my (and your) taxes ...
