It is impossible to get through, complaints are not settled, incompetent people work there ... I wrote to the bank via the Internet, after a week and 11 months from the complaint, the bank decided to make me idjote, ..........., actually it is a bank of a changing world. making customers in ..... and you have to ask yourself why this bank has so many negative opinions

They send text messages that the bank will or will not be open every now and then. What do I care? I have never dealt with this bank, I don't want to have it and I don't even live in Żory anymore.

Ignoring customers, although there are 4 ladies working in the bank and one master trainee, one must wait forever until one employee serves the previous customer. Because the rest just clicks and stares at the monitor or on the phone and it feels like they just pretend to be so busy. I do not recommend

Incompetence, arrogance towards the client and complete lack of goodwill to help solve a problem that would not be a problem in any other bank. Therefore, I jointly warn against using BGŻ BNP Paribas services if you want to save your nerves and health.
