Lord, not interested in the client, long waiting time, four ladies in service, and no one accepts the client, I resigned after a long wait.

Queues forever, I have the impression that employees choose their clients in no order. The crew knows the regulations poorly, are misleading, and sometimes answer questions. I have been there many times and I am satisfied with telephone service only. They do not know the law, photocopying and scanning documents without covering sensitive data such as eye color, signature, height!
