CORAL Live

Today my husband and I finished our stay at Koral Live. We were recommended to this hotel and we do not regret it. It was one of our best trips. Beautiful city. Off-season, there is peace and quiet here, fresh air and a huge dose of health iodine. Very elegant hotel, completely renovated. Beautiful pool complex with jacuzzi and saunas. Brine with massagers - a revelation. On rainy days, we just relaxed here. Very nice staff, especially the ladies at the reception. Housing clean and cozy rooms. The treatments are included in the price of the stay, we had 3 treatments a day. We are very pleased and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to EVERYONE. Greetings from Warsaw. I recommend to everyone! An ideal place to regenerate the body: close to the seaside park where you can walk, run, ride a bike. There is an open-air gym in the park, so after a decent meal and a moment of relaxation in the pool, I could easily go out and do some outdoor training. A great place for older and younger people and for families with children, away from the crowd and noise from the centers closer to the pier and the lighthouse. An ideal place for people with an attitude to come, not to worry about anything, calm down and relax. Clean rooms, not too big or too small, just right for me. At breakfast, a lot of vegetables, several types of bread, meats, cheeses, homemade breakfast spreads ... a buffet as in 4 and 5-star hotels, and this is only an inconspicuous resort. Lunch and dinner at home. I recommend massages, great physiotherapists, vast knowledge and experience. Very customer oriented resort. The most enjoyable stay.

I am very impressed with the care and diligence they care for the safety rules in this facility! I was afraid to go, but the lady assured me that they were doing everything to make it safe. Means for disinfecting hands everywhere, access to disposable gloves at meals, every employee cares about my comfort and safety. People from my stay were also delighted with the care for our safety and well-being. At this point, I would like to thank every Koral Live employee for their understanding, support and great efforts to make my stay without stress despite the prevailing pandemic. On August 29, 2020, I returned with my husband from a two-week rehabilitation stay and we are both very pleased. This was not our first trip / of course I mean other resorts / so we have a comparison. Let me start with the fact that we were able to change the date of the previously planned stay without any problems. Great kindness and empathy on the part of the hotel - thank you. The rooms may not be very large, but clean, elegantly furnished and cleaned on a regular basis. There was no problem with changing the towels. After a week, our sheets were changed. Very nice cleaning service / lady with blonde hair - 2nd floor, who you can see that she likes her job /. The food is tasty, fresh and a large selection, so that everyone will find something for themselves and no one will leave hungry. Fresh fruit with all meals. And it reigns Mrs. Grażyna, a very nice and communicative person who curls up like boiling water with great interest, so that nothing is missing until the very end of the meal. Swimming pool - a revelation - for me, especially the brine one with massagers and wonderfully warm water (34 degrees C.). Treatments ok !. To sum up, the hotel is friendly and has an adequate value for money. Reception staff, lady taking care of rehabilitation stays - friendly and helpful. We are so pleased to be going back in November.

I warn everyone against this "Koral Live" because, in my opinion, they use unfair practices towards clients. In February, I booked and made an advance payment for the stay on 19/09/2020. and on August 21, 2020. I received a PHONE that the price of my stay increased by PLN 700 and either I agree or I will find a second person for the price for which I signed the contract and then my price will remain unchanged. An alternative is to resign from the contract. Three weeks before the start of the stay, I had to resign because I was not going to pay extra PLN 700. UFO (no one signed the e-mail) wrote me to send the account number. I sent my account number and nothing, silence. After a week, I asked for my money and UFOs wrote that I had to sign and send back the corrective form, only to receive a refund. UFO is giving me conditions! Of course, I did not sign the corrected invoice because it was not issued correctly, which I informed "Koral Live" about. Then I sent a request for payment by e-mail - no one replied - they failed the client again. I sent the letter by post with acknowledgment of receipt - my next costs, nerves and my precious time - there was only an e-mail reply from a specific person - the UFO disappeared. Final such that after 24 days of reminding me I received my money, which I had honestly paid earlier. Now I can look for a stay, but unfortunately on a different date than planned and probably at a different price. Please note that no one from "Koral Live" mentioned in writing about the proposals submitted by phone, so there is no evidence of unfair behavior, in my opinion, that is, you cannot apply for compensation.
