A week-long commercial stay - with treatments - I find it successful, despite some inconveniences. Good location of the facility, but the issue of temporary parking in front of the building, very badly resolved. Rooms with balcony, well equipped. Staff nice, although organizationally some things are not good. The nurses appoint several people to the doctor for the same hour, there is no synchronization and no agreement between the duty rooms. The food was good, varied but the management of the order in the canteen - to be improved, especially in terms of foil gloves, which everyone had to put on at the buffet. There were no bins for throwing them away, they were scattered around the tables among the plates, and the serving ladies had to collect them along with the dishes! After my intervention, ONE (standing under the table, i.e. invisible) garbage can was marked for disposal of gloves. The treatment base is very good, the operating staff is nice and professional. The closed cafe with a viewpoint was disappointing. And those elevators .... only for the patient. Overall, however, the facility is worth recommending,
Stay in September 02-23/09/2020 with the National Health Fund. Great location, nice ladies at the reception trying to meet the patients' requests. The nutrition manager for the rate of the National Health Fund (8 PLN / day) masterfully determined a varied menu for everyone. Deserves a special thank you. Food, as for sanatorium conditions, very tasty and plentiful. The rooms are clean. Nice brine pool. Our stay in a pandemic was successful, my wife and I returned healthy and relaxed. THANK YOU.
A DISASTER
Not liked · My husband and I booked a stay, after the wedding, sea view, beautiful room ...
After arriving, we paid PLN 400 for a room with this view, we were asked to go to the dining room to arrange the meal times, the lady was very unpleasant, when we left the dining room, a lady from the reception jumped on us with information about changing the room , Yes, we were changed a room without our consent, After entering the 2nd floor, we were looking for a room, it turned out that it was not a sea view, but a city view, of course no one refunded us the difference, no possibility to use the swimming pool, and in the dining room, to use buffet only after disinfecting hands, and wearing masks and gloves, it is a pity that the ladies of the room did not comply with it, and most of the elderly people walked without masks and gloves, touching various things and bread with their hands until you wanted to eat, after folding complaint, we got nothing but information that it had reached the manager of the hotel, no sorry nor compensation. The only plus that saved everything was the open balcony next to the lifts in the corridor, overlooking the sea and which we were able to use
The hotel staff is very unfriendly and has hardly any knowledge of German. The food tasted terrible, offered little choice and was not refilled, so that the hotel guests had some arguments over the food. The rooms are unclean (foreign hair in the bed, bathroom was dirty and outdated) and were not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. Furthermore, there was no soap and not enough toilet paper, so we had to buy some ourselves. We ended our trip early because we couldn't stand it any longer in the hotel. The rooms are so noisy that we could hear every word from our neighbors. Due to the central location, it is also very loud from the outside. You wait forever at the elevators. The only positive thing is that you are on the beach within minutes.
In the hotel there is smoke and Alcohol ban and the "delicious" food gives it even more of a hospital character.
I can only strongly advise against this hotel, the money is just too good for such a bad vacation.
Great location, a shame it's currently closed.
