I have been in this bank for 10 years, I have always been friendly and I could never say anything. Today I was served by Mrs. Agnieszka Kazimierz, not nice, not nice at work, she seems to be punished as a punishment for the client instead of calmly explaining, I haven't really met such rudeness in this bank for 10 years! The case was already reported !! Sb will not allow such behavior !!!
