Food poor, poor disinfection during coronavirus. I advise against
Service good food as good, you can rest and heal a little, no entertainment organized by the Sanatorium.
Stay ok but food requires a large correction (massacre)
Time spent in Rosomak ended. A few words about the facility and the stay itself.
If someone wants to rest in peace and quiet, I recommend it.
The facility is located in beautiful surroundings. Lots of greenery and beautiful views. The building is at the end of the road, peace and quiet. Well-equipped treatment rooms, the service of female rehabilitators is also flawless. Maintaining cleanliness in the rooms also without reservations. Ladies, kind and kind, open to every request and needs. In a word, only ah and oh.
But if you wait a few years at the National Health Fund for a referral and if you still have to pay extra for your stay, you would expect something more than was offered to us.
The nightmare of the first day. Completion of all formalities with accommodation at the reception desk for almost two hours. Then a few hours of waiting for a doctor's consultation. They schedule an appointment every 15 minutes and the doctor will talk to each newcomer for almost an hour.
Fees.
To the amount that the NHF pays for our stay, you have to pay extra, and that's a lot.
Parking PLN 152. Spa tax 73.50 PLN. PLN 658.10 per stay. A total of PLN 731.60. Without TV, for this service you have to pay an additional PLN 100. And there are fewer programs than on terrestrial TV.
Weird. Nowadays in hotels, guesthouses or private accommodation it is all standard and of course at no additional cost. Forget about the outdoor swimming pool or the cafe. Not even a kiosk. The only "cafe" is the vending machine in the lobby. All supposedly because of the "virus corona", but the treatment pool is open.
Food also has a lot to be desired. Catering. You can only get clogged up. As for taste and quality, is this a problem? Fruit, vegetables and meats of the worst quality. Meats tasteless and battered fruits with visible foci of spoilage. Broccoli and green beans are nightmarish, hard, stringy, hard to eat, as well as black radishes inside. The refrigerator in the corridor, filled to the brim by patients, can also prove the quality of food.
With a little goodwill, this can be easily and quickly fixed, but it is entirely up to the facility management.
Uzdrowisko Ustroń completely does not comply with the current epidemiological situation. People are crowded in the canteen (several hundred people) - this is not a gathering of more than 50 people ??? And those gathered in a narrow corridor to measure the temperature are not an assembly? Are people waiting in the corridors for treatments a piece of cake?
Why at least you won't let those who have the opportunity and want to return home due to pandemics, only scare them with exorbitant fees for unused treatments ??? In the face of such a threat, wouldn't it be better to put your own benefits in your pockets and let people go home while you can still move between cities ???
