TRAGEDY!!!!! Cash deposit machine broken for 4 days, so you have to pay at the cash desk where the queue for 20 meters and the waiting time of 2 hours. As for such a bank, it's embarrassing !!!!! Aurum's account is a failure (I quit) and so I had to wait in line. They just apologize all the time and do nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

You can't get to the devil totally from 20 attempts to connect with a loan and "call error later call" all you can!

I don't know who manages this bank, but probably the worst branch I've encountered! One deposit machine within 25 km and still broken. 3 days in a row, no one is eager to fix it or, like competitive banks, add more deposits and mats (need of the market) and remove them on a regular basis when a defect occurs. From the reviews, I see that someone from the bank thanks to the negative opinion for the information that the deposit machine is broken, for me it means that the inefficiency and lack of knowledge of the functioning of the facility. Unless it is already the past and the PKO state bank system for old people!

Total incompetence on the part of employees. Our case is reported to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
