TRAGEDY!!! The worst bank I've ever been to. Expectations longer than at the office. I was 1 in line and waited 1h !!! When the position was vacated, you went for coffee. I couldn't stand it and left - I went to my second bank next door and settled it in a minute! I'll do it anyway. Generally, the employees were sluggish (although they pretend to be nice - welcome at the entrance, but that's the end of tenderness), breaks every now and then, the director was very rude - I was asking her something at once, she made her check the internet, because how would she know (sic!) . They send you to do business via the Internet or via an ATM !!! I haven't seen such things in any bank yet, and I have accounts and used so many !!!

Very slow service. During round 3 persons disappeared from the service break. Poorly. I do not recommend

Very nice staff. The headmaster came over and asked how she could help us. When I felt stifling, water was brought to me immediately. We were served very professionally and we were asked if we had any questions and if we understood everything. I was impressed by this facility.

Embarrassment to wait almost an hour in the queue! People who came for me were previously served from me. A lost hour of life!
