From the very moment you entered the facility, you could feel that it would be a nice adventure with this bank. Very helpful staff, extensive product knowledge and great commitment to establishing a good relationship with the customer. On the plus side, a modern and transparent banking application. I greet Mrs. Ewelina and Mr. Maciej.

Bank staff are ignorant, do not provide information, mislead the client. Money kept in the bank for over 5 days, without information what happened to them. The employee could not admit her mistake, she gave wrong information and argued with me. After the fifth visit to the bank, the matter was only cleared up. I advise against this bank!

Points from what I think should be available 24 hours, but it is not possible to get inside after the opening hours on the door. There is a reader that opens the door, which is functional because it responds to the card, but the door cannot be opened. I suspect that they are locked by employees, which prevents bank users from entering. Please fix it because it is a tragedy.
