The worst facility .... 1 counter 1 client 50 minutes ... Instead of dealing with the matter, the advisor asks about the client's family ... Why? To upset the people waiting in the queue ... Repeating the same to the client a million times, which also extends the waiting time ... I don't recommend this facility ... I'm here for the last time. I recommend avoiding it with a wide berth

Employees of all 7 positions are waiting too long and they are working on 3-4 and for an hour this is not OK

Thanks to people like Mr. Tomasz F. working in this institution, I regained my faith that Banks are for people and I changed my mind about PKO for the better. Thank you for your help.
