A nice and amateur lady was doing the procedure. I got torn and rough skin. According to the salon, my point of view was not entirely justified. The work was reluctantly fixed by another employee of the showroom for which I am very grateful. The salon only offered a discount upon my request. The management allowed a 10 PLN discount. And a 15% discount on the next treatment. Unfortunately I will not be back
