I absolutely do not recommend this bank! by calling the helpline and clicking "I am your customer" I waited 19 minutes and no one answered, but by calling and clicking "I'm not a customer" they answer in a split second - the tragic policy of the company which shows an attitude towards a long-term customer. Thank you for 15 years of cooperation, but I'm already getting off! goodbye.

I completely do not understand such a low rating, I was in the place today to sign a contract, at the beginning I was asked how to help, I met 3 delectable people, everyone willing to help, the Lord with whom I opened the account was delectable also, he explained everything until he was sure, that everything has been cleared up, I have a very nice feeling after being there

Nice, helpful and patient service. Despite the problems, I was not sent back with an unsolved case, the Lady tried several times. I do not know where these negative reviews, I recommend.

It has been MY bank for years, even 2 years in it I worked in it a long time ago and this sentiment has remained, but I really have a problem with transferring assets to another bank because I would have run away from it as long as I could. I do not recommend, honestly! For some time, mBank is terribly expensive and, what is worse, I am obliged to pay for everything! I have a euro currency account like free, but wanting to pay the euro to my account in the branch I have to pay for this doubtful 10 zlotys, i.e. mBank turns my euros not to pay me a cent and I have to pay with imkase in my teeth. I also have to pay for the euro. The certificate of having a Euro account 40 PLN if she wants me to send it by registered mail is + 25 PLN or 65 PLN !!! Euro card to emax euro, such that in the Netherlands, half of the stores can not pay. Revolving loan, annual fee 2 x higher than in Pekao sa ... !! From the card to the current hand, I have long ago given up on some chore. Of these fees is really a lot, each withdrawal from the ATM card cost and in Pekao I have 2 payments in mcu for free in any ATM. It is worth looking for another bank, once it was a nice, "friendly" bank now is terribly expensive.

You reply to information that we don't like something: there are many banks to choose from, you can look for another. A plus for Mbank for employing people who discourage customers from staying in the bank.
