The organization after renovation looks very strange. There is no one for the first contact. I was today and told to wait for someone to kindly interest me. I waited for over 30 minutes and finally left, of course once again informing that I was still waiting - and nothing. This facility and probably all the others is a joke. Nobody from the service knows who the customer is served, who is waiting for the service and who is the tourist. A real mess. Everyone sits at the desks behind the glass and pretends to work and you wait. There is no calling, numbers, someone who would manage it, etc. Each newcomer does not know what to do with him, whom to report and so stands in the middle, until here he can accidentally hook someone and ask and they tell you sit down and wait ... only he doesn't know he can't wait. Nowadays, where most people do not have much time and are chasing somewhere, speed and professionalism of service is the basis. I advise you if you have the opportunity not to come here and change the bank to another what I see after what I plan to do.

Bank of a changing world - that's how they advertise. Changing from the wrong side. Instead of improvements, logs under the feet. The man is in the queue, it is not known for what. Doing something at this bank is almost a miracle. Tragedy!

Very unpleasant bank service, after renovation lack of any communication with employees, I definitely do not recommend ...

This bank is a failure and a tragedy. The ward cannot be reached. An attempt to chat on the bank's website ends with a message saying that the queue length is being set. If you have the opportunity, avoid this bank with a wide berth.
