I am very pleased with the visit to the office. Professional approach, Mrs. Wiktoria listened carefully to my expectations and chose the treatment appropriate to my complexion. During the procedure, I felt cared for and relaxed. Great atmosphere, very nice ladies who work there. I heartily recommend this place and Mrs. Wiktoria 👍

I had a facial cleansing treatment and an acid peeling and I am delighted. Very nice atmosphere, everything clean and sterile, in addition, Mrs. Patrycja explained exactly what she does and how to care for the skin after the treatment. Immediately after leaving, the skin looked terrible, which is normal after this type of treatment, but on the second day it was radiant! I have never had such a beautiful complexion that even my husband noticed! All redness disappeared and inflammation became less visible. I definitely recommend this place and Mrs. Patrycja.

I have been using Yasumi's services for over 2 years, they may not be very frequent visits, but so far I have been "faithful" to them and used only their services. Unfortunately, our adventure has come to an end. I used spa treatments, myself and, at my urging, my sister, I bought vouchers for cosmetic treatments several times, which I gave as a gift. The quality of spa treatments is amazing, the relaxation that each of us needs, full professionalism. Always on time and clean. I recommend with full heart. What is the subtracted star for? Every time I encounter a problem .... Due to the nature and similar hours of my work, I contact mainly via messenger ... if they provide such options, I use it. In most cases, I get the answer "we do not work during these hours, please contact us from 9 to 20". (this is not an autoresponder, the responder sent me a message also) Well ... I never expected an immediate response outside of office hours. If you do not like that the customers contact us via messenger, please remove this option. Ordering vouchers is another issue. Despite the information when I can pick up the voucher, unfortunately I kissed the door handle. Nobody opened or answered phones, well, it happens to everyone. Here, yasumi's reaction was positive, they sent the voucher by courier. Another time, unfortunately, I asked my sister to collect my voucher a day earlier than I had agreed. If I had known that picking up and spelling out her name earlier was such a problem, I would not bother her. Unfortunately, in the era of a pandemic, buying such gifts is risky - it is not possible to extend the deadline. The voucher is valid for 3 months. All these trifles meant that, unfortunately, I became discouraged to this place and stopped using their services. Although maybe I am the annoying customer :)

Yesterday I had this unpleasantness to be in the Yasumi salon - Institute of Health and Beauty in Lublin on the nails on the hands and feet. I ignore the fact that the service lasted from 11.40 to almost 16, but the effect is not adequate to the time and money paid. Despite my expectations, you couldn't get me short natural nails. The nails are not of the correct structure, each nail has a different shape, length and thickness. The end result is average despite my requests for improvement. Seeing how you are playing and you cannot make the correct construction, I gave up waiting only for the end of the service. After returning home and looking at it calmly, I decided that the nails that are so thick and which are made with regrowth despite the deep milling are unacceptable. I wrote a complaint taking into account the photos and in response I received information about the correction date (13.08 9.00), which unfortunately was not an option because it works and secondly, my fingers and skin hurt me mercilessly. I asked for a refund for the service because I only got my nails done for the party this weekend. I got a refusal with the argument that my argument is frivolous and then in the rom with the owner who called me an unjustifiably scammer and said that if I can do it myself, I could not come to them and that he doesn't really know about it, but that you have a lot of clients it means that he is doing well. You can judge for yourself how well the nails are made and how nice it is to talk to the owner who can only shout at you and recognize that you don't have to come if you can do something yourself. Congratulations and good luck with this approach to customers. And I only expected to be right and to accept my complaint in some form accessible to all parties. (Improvement not an option)
