Great pool and sauna But for massage, it's too light

Masakryczne miejsce! Overall the swimming pools are ok. There are 3 saunas. So the facilities allow to spend nice time, but... What is killing all the joy is the personnel. Horrible service! The staff absolutely and openly disrespect the client. I had a birthday the day I visited this place. Frankly speaking, my party mood was spoilt with unprofessional and rude behavior of personnel. The meals in the cafe were expected to be served minimum 40 minutes and when a proper comment was done to the waitress, she stated that it was not true, that we could not be waiting for so long, basically with her cold reply she called us liars, meanwhile we know for sure how much time we spent on waiting. No smiles, no politeness, no nothing that will make you feel positive, relaxed and satisfied. Plus a suspicious policy that bans to make photos... What the hell is this? Stone Age? I will definitely NOT come back to this place. Thank you for the spoilt mood on my special day. Do NOT recommend. Administration, pay attention to the behavior of your workers!

This pool unfortunately has a few chronic issues that need to dealt with, namely the fact that the pool water, as some other reviewers have alluded to, is extremely dirty. In fact of all the pools I've ever swam in, I've never seen anything like it which is absolutely unacceptable for such a private establishment. The recreation pool itself is small and the prices don't reflect that- everything essentially fits into a single small room. I leave very disappointed.

I recommend a nice place to breathe a little after a hard day. I used the gym, everything was a plus. I hope to see you soon :)
