no charge for the transaction but 10% markup on the central bank exchange rate !!! With the actual economy this is not less than stealing the innocent tourist. Luckily I have only seen this kind of behaviour once and here. Poland is a lovely country.

DRAMA! The only ATM at a distance of many kilometers, and rejects any attempts to withdraw cash from Millennium Bank. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND!

One ATM in the village. Welcome to the 21st century where there is no terminal in any local store. It is more like an African state than a European state.
