Branch employees, unaware of the offer of their own employer's services, sent me to branches in Wroclaw, even the manager himself personally asked by the employee himself, after an e-mail inquiry about the services in this facility and information about the refusal received, complaints were filed at this facility by the helpline employee himself.

After moving the bank, the drama with the ATM, however, for the entire housing estate! Today I was standing with the children (3.5, 5 years) for the ATM on the street 15 minutes, next to the cars, backfilling, parking. Who makes an ATM on a busy street full of cars !!! As much as I am begged for misfortune, I will transfer my account to another bank

Very poor customer service, if any, employees are not able to explain to the client the course of affairs, my mother three times went to settle one thing, especially she got off work, give one star because I can not give zero, in the future I will definitely not be there anymore I'll go.

Nightmarish telephone contact despite continuous 3 hours! calling the facility number, no employee picked up the phone.
