I warn against opening new currency accounts in this branch. The person who set up my account did it so that I had to pay for this account (normally it is not payable if it is "hooked"). There was a serious problem with unscrewing it and two clerks could not do it. Only after a few months of existence of this badly connected account (fees for its keeping, no one returned to me ...) the topic was covered by the wonderful Mrs. Agata, who has been working in this PRL for a short time. I really honestly say: if I want any product from PKO BP I will go to another city in this matter, and you will take care of it in Rawa at your own risk.

Just as I have a very good opinion about the ladies working there, so one stuck in my memory. I don't remember her name, but I know that she deals with setting up new accounts and missing a few teeth (unless she has already inserted a new one) in any case, she has dark hair slightly curled and bangs. Unfortunately, she was very rude when I talked to a subject with another lady, she broke in and laughed that the young person did not know it. Unfortunately, I don't have to know everything. The more that earlier I had an account in another bank and there was no circus like this here, but that's another matter. I was generally outraged at this behavior. Zero culture. I will mention that it was over a year ago, but such things are remembered, unfortunately.
