Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. They all have great recommendations of things to do outside the hotel. The rooms are big and spacious and there is an enormous bath! The pool is fantastic. There is a great view overlooking Lisbon that you can chill in/listen to music/read in for hours. Again the staff are really attentive. The breakfast is delicious. Literally anything you would want made to a high standard. Would recommend the Epic Sana to anyone looking for a luxury relaxing sunny break at an extremely reasonable price. We will definitely be coming again. Thanks for a great holiday!

Absolutely fabulous hotel and incredible service. Staff could not have been any more helpful and kind (Nuno, you’re the best!) Room was big - king sized bed. Shower was divine too, with a larger bath. Rooftop pool is amazing. Comfortable lounge chairs and great service (thanks Iryna!) Super clean - arguably too clean but considering what’s going on - just another touch that makes them a cut above the rest. Couldn’t recommend this place more

Amazing experience!! João, Marta and Nuno were really friendly and helpful in every need. The best service I have seen in a hotel. The facilities are luxurious while still comfortable. On a last note they take great measures to insure areas are sanitized and not overcrowded. I’ll surely visit this hotel in the future.

A very nice hotel. In my opinion one of the best in Lisbon. Nice service, nice room, nice bar 😉 The rooms are clean and modern, the service friendly and proactive, the location perfect for trips in the city. The meeting rooms are practical. The rooftop bar and pool is currently closed because of the windy weather. I hope to figure out how it is.

Christmas lunch here. Very professional staff, good food variety. Well organised. Musicians were good but could have played a bit more. Seemed quite a high price at first, but was actually good value for this very good service. Happy and grateful to staff for giving up their family Christmas.
