Nice place the staff they are so kind whith a clients. But let me give you an advice about your spa. We book for a spa and we did know it's mandatory to have a bath cap but we need to pay for this 4euros in my opinion for 4 stars this accessorie need to be free for your clients. It s not about a price. And your jet inside the bath they not working very well.

Very relaxing end of year holiday with a great thermal spa. Excellent service from Ines Coelho at reception desk. Would definitely go back! Only let down was the small vegetarian choice in the a lá carte menu.
