OK Rent a Car - Faro

I do not understand the negative opinions, they probably result from misunderstanding or not reading the car rental conditions or people don't know the difference between a debit card and a credit card. I think everything was clear. The staff is very nice, we got the car better than we ordered, everything was sorted out quickly and you could enjoy your holiday. Next time I will definitely use this rental again

Be careful with the old woman, she stole us, said my card is only debit card just for sell her assurance..... She is Not polite at all, was the first potuguesh people we meet and was not not a good welcome im portugal! hopefully Algarve and other portuguesh people are very nice, just avoid her!!

I would advise people not to rent a car here. The service is quite poor. I had to wait a really long time when I was picking up the car. In addition they managed to find ‘damage’ to the car, 2 hardly visible scratches, for which they charged 300e. Completely outrageous.

THIS IS A SCAM, not a company. Booked online for 150 eur, making sure that they accept debit card. Upon arrival I m asked to either provide a CREDIT card (which I didn't have) or pay an additional 270 eur, which is almost the double of what I had already payed. They refused to refund me, or cancel my booking. This is just plain, unshameful, robbery. These guys are CRIMINALS. Avoid them like the plague.

We were very happy with our rental. The shuttle bus took us to and from the airport and we didn't have to wait for it at all. The lady at the desk was very nice and explained everything well. She was not pushy about selling extras such as insurance or the toll device. They took a pre authorization on my credit card that was released a few days after returning the car. The car was in good condition and it was clean. We will use OK rent a car again.
