I will start to apologise for my English first of all but I have decided to write in English and not Italian so everyone could understand. I would like to ask turisprime what standarts do you have from your employees. If you hire everyone who needs a job, or if at least if you have any standart for the job. So after days I have decided to share my experience. As a regular rental care hire, I have decided to call turisprime to know the prices and policies. I'm the type of person who likes to talk to know things. And I need to tell you, in a lot of years, it was the first time someone was so mean and so rude to me. I know and myself have experienced that, when it's so solve any problem or charge damages the Service That you provide to the customer change his tone, you are not so nice... But to hire a car from you? To give you my money? Putting the rudeness aside, almost eight undred € for a few days just? It was not even the price online, not even Guerin, Sixt, Europcar or Avis had that price...you just didnt want to work and be on the phone? Or you wanted a big commission thinking I am stupid? After I said that the price was too high and needed to think, The answer was "when you call again, it will be higher, no... I won't have any car available for you"... What? Why can't you be fair? I know whe are in a crisis! Don't you want us, the tourists to go to the Algarve? Is that? I am just trying to understand. Because from the first minute that the service was just horrible! The employee name is Jeanette. If you read this, please... A little bit of kindness, love, everyone deserves respect... If you are to busy ask to call later. And what did I do? Called Guerin, where I was treated with kindness, the respect that I deserve, where they They clarified all my doubts and gave me a fair price. Thank you for the time reading this. G. Waited for 25 mins Had to call 2 times Employee was full of motivation ;-) Car is really old (55k km for a rental car) Tank was not full (took a picture before leaving and will return same way) Scratches everywhere, inside and outside... Puuh, a really great start :-(

I have been traveling all over the world for more than 30 years and have already got to know some rental car stations! This experience was the worst I have ever had. The lady at the counter was incredibly cheeky and wanted to sell me more insurance policies, even though I had full protection. When I made it very clear to her that I did not agree with the tone and the procedure, she wanted to tear up my contract with the comment, "Do you want a car now or not?" I made it clear to her that I would not let myself be blackmailed, then she got a small muscle man who tried to put further pressure on me. Since I didn't feel like driving back to the airport to rent another car, I was forced to go on the defensive and took the car. The car was dirty and totally neglected. The best was the profile of the 4 tires, there was hardly anything on it! Next time I would rather spend 100 to 200 euros more and rent from a reputable company!

A right take on 100 euros for a child for 2 weeks don't think the child seat even cost 100 euro, requested Vito got a Citroen wanted 18 euro for a gadget that allowed you to go through the tolls but you still had to pay for the tolls not sure what the 18 euro was for. Covid chaos (where's your mask we could all die mentality) and not even a cup of coffee or water when you turn up. Very poor

Their very friendly and instruction given very simple manner I understand few of the reviews given due to insurance charges and cost factors but as noticed if you want the full cover without excess the you need to pay more Any reasonable traveler can understand I recommend this places Thanks
