So far, so good. Prompt, efficient and courteous service and collection at airport. Free car upgrade (probably because they are very quiet at present). No hard sell on the deposit insurance. Car was thoroughly inspected with us and does have a fair number of scratches and drinks, so the crunch comes when the car is returned, which won't be until next week.

Just dropped back a car today to Airauto having used them for the past 6 years. Once again, great service, professional, friendly and trustworthy with excellent value. Well done all in Airauto. Andy

Shocking company. The gave us a car which wasn't cleaned properly and it broke down a week later and we had to be recovered. We had to pay for a taxi for one of our family to get to the airport so they didn't miss there flight. 2hrs I was waiting on the roadside for recovery with my 3 young children. When they gave me a new car they charged me 60€ for fuel as I didn't bring it back full of petrol even though the car wasn't driveable, when we asked for a refund they said NO. The manager who wouldn't give me his name was rude and ignorant. I will never use them again.
