Lido Tours - Madeira Tours and Walks

Roberto was a great guide, very knowledgable and interesting speaker. He showed us a lot of local places and gave us a lot of useful informations. Really worth going on a tour with Lido, great service, great value and great experience. Definitely recommend :) .

If you are a tourist, unfamiliar with Madeira, don't fall into the trap of going with a rental car or public transport! We chose Lido Tours following good reviews and were not disappointed. First of all, they foresee easy pickups at your hotel and dropoffs which means you do not need to drive through the crazy mountain roads of Madeira. Secondly, their guides are great whether it's for tours or walks/hikes and it means you can go stress-free knowing that your guide will take the time to explain and go through all the precious places of Madeira. Highly recommend !

Very well organised trips, very nice people, no product placements and wasting time in places you do not want to be, profesional, we felt safe during trips this crazy pandemic summer;)

Very efficient and the operator recommending the tours spoke good English and explained each option. The price paid for the tour was also very competitive. In the end we chose a 4x4 tour of the west coast for 1 day. The tour itself was excellent with a party of 5 and about 8 stops at viewpoints and towns. The guide was multi lingual and excellent.

Fab, 3rd year and completed all their tours so might have to go levada walking next time, thanks Lido
